imo 888 is good. you just need to talk calmly and sensibly to their support. if you dislike the online support, send e-mail. explain, stay patient... and it will be resolved.
they took $20 from my account by mistake. it's not much money but i still felt kinda cheated and when i sent them an e-mail in 1 or 2 days they gave it back and apologized.
(they took it by mistake because i tried withdrawing too much money and they warned me i'd lose some bonus, so i made a withdrawal for less money - yet they still took my bonus $)

This room is a good friend, game two years there has begotten much rake there, but she has failed me too. Thing tickets, bonus and support. Anyway for me it does not matter anymore, but playing it is profitable the room, near the stars is chump change. Ordered a statement and so far nothing, is what I say, support is bad, high rake without rakeback, you know?
