value bet on the river?

is there value bet on the river :f_confused:

Hey Blumpkin,

Preflop defend is fine.

Flop x/r is on the thin side imo especially with this sizing.

As played turn is fine.

I doubt there is river value here unless our opponents perceives us to be very aggressive, in which case we could bet hoping he bluff-catches.

what size of XR should we choose?

I recommend as a standard x/r sizing of around 2.8x.

So somewhere around $5 is fine, especially when our value-raise is quite thin. We don't want to isolate ourself vs stronger hands etc
