Hey Vuciitis,

Preflop fine.

Flop cbet for value good.

Turn call is fine. We may not be ahead of villain's range but still drawing to the nuts.

River fold likely good, we don't beat any of villain's value range etc and we are not 100% sure what his bluffing frequency is so safer to assume it's low at these limits.

I don't think the fold on the river isn't bad, but not good either. Pretty standard spot where weak players overplay their KQ or some weird Jx hand. Happened very often on NL10. Especially his sizing doesn't make sense, so folding is out of the question imo.

EDIT: I know the diamond makes things complicated, because it completes some of his perceived range for donking turn. But imo calling river isn't -EV. Odds are pretty good, and I believe we have enough equity to justify a call. Even if lose this pot, doesn't matter because we focus on the long-term right? :)

Regards,

Rihard

tnx for your opinion, but did u took in consideration that he donked the turn and kept betting on the river? i know that u have played pretty good amount of hands on same limit, but i really doubt he would donk KQ like that. at least from my experience donkbets on the turn are mostly for value even more if he keeps betting...

The key element here is betsizing. It is too small to be value headed. Yes sometimes we are beat, but that's okay. They don't always have the nuts in such spots. :)
