My question might seem fishy but are TN2 and PT4 compatible? If not what other software that helps multi tabling would work with PT4?

To the best of my knowledge, Yes. For PT4 you need to get the stand alone version of Table Ninja 2.
With HEM it can be run from within HEM.
Also moving this to the PT4 board for better coverage.

Table Ninja is compatible with PokerTracker 4 to the best of our knowledge, you can use Table Ninja without using any tracking software, there are no known conflicts.
