Preflop: I don't like the small 3-bet size here. I'd make it at least 10 BB OOP>

Postflop: This board is quite terrible to bet on and I can't see why you'd double barrel. What were you hoping he folds on that particular turn?

Yeah, I see your point. This is where I loose a lot of money, beeing oop with strong starting hands and not knowing how to play them...

I think that in spots like this you can skip the cbet all together (unless you have more info on villain that he's fit/fold and you can get pairs or his equity to fold).

And if you cbet and get called definitely don't bet that turn. Nothing really folds there.
