Hi
I cannot access PokerStars' Website for some reason. Is it me or are you guys facing the same problem? Also, I sent them an email(support@pokerstars.com) yesterday regarding a query over the SnG quiz promotion they are currently running. IMO PokerStars has the best support and they usually get back to your queries in like 30 mins or less. But this time it is different. No reply as of yet since yesterday. Can anyone tell me what is going on?

Unfortunately I don't know what could cause this downtime. Your best bet is to just wait and hope they get back online soon.
Regarding your question you emailed them, they are usually very fast indeed. However also keep in mind that it's Christmas now, so their support might not be as fast as usual. Which is, in my opinion, definitely understandable

Yes maybe that could be the reason. Yet the peeps at PokerStrategy are replying very fast even during this period. I do hope they will reply soon.

guys... it's Christmas over there.. I'm sure they cut down on staff so it's going to take awhile for a reply.
I sent them an email awhile ago and it took a day to respond.
IMO a day to respond is better than 3 days like other sites that I;m not going to name,
