Button is unknown is it too loose to 4bet call here?

Preflop: Given the money in the pot, the positions and limit I don't think it's overly loose but it's definitely at the bottom of our value range.

I also feel that your 4-bet size is way too big at 30 BB. I'd make it more like 25-26 BB.

Okay, how should my 4bet bluffrange look in this spot, or should I 4bet bluff here unknown player at all?

You could 4-bet bluff hands like KQ/AQ (double blocker hands) if you suspect a random unknown would have a wide squeezing range (which I think could be a fair assumption).
