Preflop: I think we can isolate here with our hand especially since CO posted his dead blinds.

Postflop: as played I'd bet/fold turn larger vs a fish.

And also as played I don't think you need to ck/shove there and you can simply shove directly yourself. He won't fold worse boats or flushes.

Also, why are you 16 tabling instead of focusing on less tables and moving up faster?

preflop: I didn't realize what is going on until I saw 2 pair
And I dont feel comfortable raising with JQ out of position, this was supposed to be easy fold on the flop.
postflop: on turn I was certain that he hit the flush, really didn't realise that he had set so I bet small to keep pot small - if he raised bigger on turn, it would have been easy fold on the turn
I dont think that he is such a fish but his FH got beaten by quads on the other table so he started to play fishy (tilt?!).

Regarding my multitabling, I was hunting 10$ stellar award so wanted to generate almost 100 VPP today. I did it

I feel quite comfortable 12-tabling but I find myself 16-tabling quite often.
Yes, I make lot of mistakes and I promised to myself that I will play less tables when I move up to NL10.
I play quite tight (13/9) and manage to keep winrate 5bb/100 on 72k hands playing this way.
It could be higher if I pay more attention to details but that would require to loosen up a bit and play less tables.
For now I'm just grinding to next limit and hopefuly stay out of tilt zone.

You'll have a hard time moving up with such a nitty game (more or less a result of many tables). 13/9 is very very tight even for FR.

I would recommend at least having 1 session out of 5 where you focus on less tables and being looser.

Nitty play is just partial cause to low winning rate, told you that I make lot mistakes. Making stupid calls and not taking enough time to think about next move is main problem.
Also tilt when running good, was 8 BI+ and needed 17 points.
Finished on 2,5 BI+ that day with 30 points more.

I understand what you mean however your game will have a hard time progressing when your goal is to multitable as much as possible.

You play a tight game because you make mistakes but you don't allow yourself a chance to learn from the mistakes and improve that part of the game (12-16 tables is a lot at first).

In the end it comes down to what your goals are. If you want to aim more for "points" then you need volume. If you want to be able to move up and get better as fast as possible you have to find a delicate balance between # tables and everything else.
