I think you should raise a bit more on the flop to get enough fold equity.
Turn raise for value is fine, as you can get loads of value from worse pairs and protect against FD.
no point in raising river, but you can call, as he bets busted FD or maybe JX or other random trash often enough, considering that he's obviously bad.

Against middlestack can´t really get away your tptk on the turn and no need to shove to protect against flushdraw.
