That was a nice MTT score. But there can be a dark lining to that silver cloud. If you aren't mentally prepared and following proper bankroll management, that money can disappear fast.

Also running good at the start of your poker career can give you an inflated opinion of where your game is at.

Thanks for your message. You're right! One of my biggest problems was (and still is but not that much) the mental part. I hope posting here everything will help me with this

This morning I played a short session. These are the stats:

I want to play ~1000 hands per day since my time is limited because of the job. Exception weekends when I want to play more.

You could have a look through the Psychology part of our strategy session.

I would also recommend Jared Tendlers' book "The Mental Game of Poker'. This book helped me enormously and actually saved me from quitting.

There is also a +++Q&A with Jared Tendler!!+++ thread.

There are also some videos on Mindset and one from BogdanPS.

Second session today:

I usually play short sessions (1hr-1hr and a half) with breaks. Should I post the stats at the end of the day or it's ok at the end of every session like I did until now? Hmm...

Against a whale i think jamming is fine on the turn, but it depends on what range you put him on, if you cand do that with a whale. He`ll call any TP maybe some OESD i guess, don`t know about 2nd pair and gutshots. You could go for 2/3 pot and you could jam any river, this way you get called on the turn by all the GS OESD 2ndpair TP type hand and on the river he will find himself potcommited with 2nd pair, some OESD and might hit a pair so he will call sometimes, if he folds them, he might have folded them on the turn against a jam. Bleah, could do some math about that to figure it out, but it`s already to much content written in english for me, lol.
