On the contrary, I tilt more in 2-card poker: I have to rely more on fold equity I can't estimate, and most of those times when I'm called, I'm screwed; when I'm called pre-river in PLO, I almost always have significant equity 
Getting used to the peculiarities of the swings takes time in every game. You'll get used too, keep grinding!
yep, running like sh*t is part of the the game 
Too bad I can't shut down that part of my brain that causes me to tilt in these situations
