I call the flop after SB (aggressor) calls, and check/fold the turn, specially after UTG+1 donks (made flush like 95% of time). I don't know if folding the flop directly is better, as we're almost always behind.

i think i like the flop raise. a Q isn´t THAT likely and AJ would have raised preflop so there is a good chance that your hand is good. the pot is quite big already and the board is very draw heavy. good raise imo.
the coldcall + 3-bet kinda kills you and i think a fold is ok. at least fold the this turn
