CO: 17/9/3.4 H:162
SB: 76/48/0 H:95
Co is not shoving only AA... After shove i think i have to fold here because of SB player. But if this would be HU should i call shortstacker ?
Poker Stars, $0.02/$0.05 Pot Limit Omaha Cash, 5 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

SB: $8.11 (162.2 bb)
BB: $5 (100 bb)
MP: $5 (100 bb)
CO: $2 (40 bb)
Hero (BTN): $20.72 (414.4 bb)

Preflop: Hero is BTN with K J 6 A
MP folds, CO raises to $0.15, Hero raises to $0.52, SB calls $0.50, BB folds, CO raises to $2 and is all-in, Hero?

Hi,

Co shove range is definitely wider than AA and even against AA you get correct pot odds.
If you have any fold equity I would likely just shove pre-flop. SB range is quite wide and you should be ahead his coldcall range. If you want then you can always just call getting 2.04:1, which means you need to be 33% equity. Against AA you have 26%
Hand Equity Wins Ties
AA** 73.59% 438,835 5,363
AdKhJd6d 26.41% 155,802 5,363

Against top 10% you get 40%
Hand Equity Wins Ties
10% 60.36% 347,019 30,229
AdKhJd6d 39.64% 222,752 30,229

So likely I would call/shove pre-flop (depending if I think SB would fold is I shove or if I also want him to the pot) and then either check it down or bet myself likely with tp+ hands.

best regards,

Hi,

why would you 3bet a 9pfr guy? Once you do 3b 4b and get the money in. You are a favourite vs SB.

Skod
