Villain is unknown, river give up or call? Villain reps 9x 22 and could imo have missed draws in his range.

it might be a call against good aggro opponents. against unknown i just don't think such bluffcatches are profitable, specially as you have two heart blockers.
i'd probably call Qx without hearts or diamonds at most.

that said, i think cbh turn and call lots of rivers is considerably better.

Preflop: looks fine

Postflop: I think that river is a fold there against an unknown opponent. There are draws possible in his range but you guys are unknown and you called the turn (with 2 hearts). On top of that the river is a blank so none of your showdown hands folds so I don't think you'll get bluffed as much as you think you do.

And Tomaloc's idea to check back isn't terrible as your value is limited on the turn with a weak Qx.
