I was going to check/shove the turn but villain made such a small bet that I wanted to lure him in and went for small c/r
River brings very bad card so I check/call so villain gets the last chance to bluff?

Make 3 bet-fold on the turn and get away on the river if he bets big.

hi
bet more on the flop (1.6$ at least )
on the turn you can bet/fold or check/call depending on how agressive he is . check/raising is realy bad and you wont get called by worse must of the time
as played river is check/fold

Personally I wouldnt be trying to go all in on that turn, Im often beat here.

I think you are confused on when to do the check/call move to induce bluffs. First of all, you need way more than an overpair to do that. Second, the board cant be so wet.

IMO you were lucky not to lose your whole stack here since many hands beat you on this board.
AA is strongest hand pf, but postflop on this board it might cost you.
