Hey guys, I bought an $11 scoop ticket for 700fpp thinking I could unregister and get tournament money for it but didnt realise that wasnt how it worked. You can only get tournament money if you win the ticket from a satellite I think. My question is, is there anyway to exchange the ticket for cash, like sell it or something? And if thats not possible, what would happen if I didnt register for the SCOOP? WOuld the ticket become obsolete? Would I be refunded?

My best suggestion would be to email support@pokerstars.com and ask if you can get a refund or exchange on the ticket value.
You should get a positive response.

Did that first time i had enough points thinking i could do that, but you have to play it or you dont get anything.

You cannot exchange it for cash unless PokerStars support let you (which is highly doubtful) Why not play the tournament anyways - you'll never know

Tickets are not trasferable to other players. Also, they cannot be exchanged for t$, so you don't have any other option, but to play the event.
The only posaible alternative is that pokerstars accept this ticket in some other events with the same bi ammount. In that case you can choose which event to play. (Example of this is $215 step ticket can be used in sunday $215 major events.

Cool. I thought they would. Stars are more than reasonable when it comes to this.
