The SB does not necessarily have a 3bet range preflop as nowadays people are tempted to not give away as much information early in the hand so they keep their hand balanced and don't 3bet. this tendency is capable to be exploited by incorporating checkbehinds that SB is losing 1SB on the flop he'd otherwise gotten by 3betting preflop. But yeah, in a BVB-Situation BB usually does have a 3betting range.
Me being SB and having openraised Preflop, i'd contibet Kx Jx on the Turn. Your continuationbetting-Range should consist of primarily good pairs and good Draws. I'd check/call a hand like 99 or Ax with Flushdraw or T9 QT and those kind of hands that have showdownvalue and outs but cannot confidently bet twice for value and since i'd check some craphands like 78 and c/f most likely A2 A3 no draw , i have to have some pairs in my c/c range. A hand that is suitable for checkraising is a hand like KQ AK. A strong 1pair hand but if the hand becomes too strong. lets say AQ or KK, you'll be better off by bet/3betting the Turn. To balance your bets with strong madehands, you should keep draws like Q8 Q7 and Flushdraws or 98 in your range since there's a decent chance that you'll get him off some Qx or Ax by the River.
Since my gameplan is based on frequently just calling the Flop with almost my entire range, you can easily define the IP players callingrange on the Flop. Any pair, Qx, Ax, FLushdraws etc.
I hope i helped you somewhat but especially on lowstakes, you should not try to focus too much on GTO but rather you'd focus on your opponents leaks that won't probably change if you gonna adjust your game.
