Questionable 4b

I think QJo Is not the best hand to 4B here, simply becouse QJ has no blockers to A or K.

Against an agressive player who 3bets a ton, I would widen my 4B value range (in first step 88+, AQ+) , rather than my 4B bluffing range. Becouse here I think, if he is capable to understand the dynamic (and if he is 3Betting a lot he has to understand a bit) tons of times u can get a 5B shove from hands like A5s, pocket pairs, AJ+ etc sometimes even from T9s.

I would simply just fold here preflop. If it's suited call is fine I think.

Yes but since he 3b a lot so are not in his range that often.

I think you overestimate people at NL25:) People like to 3b since this means to them they're aggressive. Usually random guys don't have plans what to do after that. I'm not talking about regs but this guy doesn't look to me as a good reg. I throw in some 4b here and there to see how he reacts. Of course I'm narrowing my range after we get some action. If we're stealing 40-50% from BTN and he 3b this often it's losing play just to wait for your recommended range. But yes in general we can go broke with this range vs him.

If you want you can always 4-bet.
I would rather mostly call, since I don´t want that he would shove his lower pp-s and random hands he decides to go.
If you want you can give up turn, I like your check back turn with showdown value and I would likely call most rivers, although betting turn yourself for value should also be fine. If he is potting, he likely has there Jx or air- he would not call your shove with air, but he may do smt stupid (or call light) if you min-raise, so I would rather make smaller raise on the river.
