*When are peak hours, and how good is traffic NL50-NL100 SH over a day?
*Speed poker traffic over the stakes? Which is the highest stake at speed?
*Some observations of player's pool possibly?

Hey Fran,
I can answer a couple of points.
According to PokerScout, peak times for ring game players is between 8 and 10 pm GMT at Poker770.
The highest speed limit is NL200, although there is currently only 1 player there. There are over 100 at NL100 currently, although it is still about 8 hours till peak time (currently midday GMT).
Hopefully others can fill in the gaps.
