he is almost unknown

on the flop, his bet is weak and my hand can improve on the turn so I called.

there is Qx in his range but can be better monster draw so wondered if I should call or raise .
how should I play each street?

Hello,

Calling the 3bet preflop is pretty close, depends a lot on how wide the BB is 3betting if this is a +ev defend or not. On flop, I believe villain is likely to bet all his hands for the same size, so i don't think his bet is weak. Yet, calling the flop bet is good. On this turn, I think just calling again should be your standard play. You have a pair, which gives you a significant amount of showdown value and a good draw to back it up, in case you are behind now.
