Final Board: 3 7 Q 9 9
Hero showed Q K and lost (-$5 net)
BB showed A Q and won $9.92 ($4.92 net)

No reads on bb execpt that hes fairly tight, 13/16 over 23 hands.
I think I made a mistake shoving the turn here, I dont get called by any worse
and by flatting I get the opportunity to evaluate river where I might be able to check back or shove if I hit flush, because by shoving I dont expect to get called by worse and villian is repping KQ or AQ or set. Problem is by calling the turn I would be pot committed, so maybe this is a fold on the turn?

Hi,

Since you have showdown value with your tp I would also prefer shoving turn.
You may consider c/c turn to then c/f river, but you may get easily sometimes bluffed out by worse hands or he improves his Ax hands.
You can´t be far behind against top of his range:
board: 3s7hQs9h
Hand Equity Wins Ties
QhKh 27.81% 208 0
AQ, KK, AA 72.19% 540 0

and if we add some weaker hands to his barreling range, you´re even favorite:
board: 3s7hQs9h
Hand Equity Wins Ties
QhKh 66.99% 1,297 0
AQ, KK, AA, QJ, AK, QQ, JJ 33.01% 639 0

Since you get 30% pot odds on the turn (and have 28% equity top of his range) I think shove is best as strong hand as yours, since then you can´t make incorrect decision on the river.

best regards,
