downloading Pokerstove would be a really good idea too. Just google it, it should be the first hit. It'll help you calculate cEV, which is usually helpful.

I don't play STTs but may I suggest you scroll to the bottom of our Poker Tools page below, there you will find two tools and they are both free to download.
Look for ICM Trainer Light and ICM Trainer.
