Preflop is fine.

Flop raise for value/protection is good.

Turn fold is generally ok, although it's certainly possible villain can show up with a flush-draw from time to time. Given that we don't know with which frequency he bluffs, and given that we also don't know with which frequency he will fire again on river with his draws (a spot where we can't really call), it makes sense for us to fold direct on the turn.

Looking at his turn size, that looks very weak, can't we shove here as a semibluff vs his range that looks mostly as fd?

I don't think it would be ridiculous, but one problem is there is still a reasonable amount left behind so shove would be large bet.

Raise/fold wouldn't be ridiculous either. Kinda sucks if we get shoved on though.
