utg limper is loose passive. How is my iso raise here. Maybe i'm taking this too far because he is utg but 35/2 kind of hard to resist no?

Well, maybe you can iso, although it seems loose against a guy who will be limping his monster also. And if you raise, make it smaller. Like 240-250 tops. You don't mind him flatting, you have position, playable hand. You can't stand on a shove. So why giving yourself worse odds?
