I think the flop raise is ok here as two bad passive fish will call with any pair and some air, agree? Obviously I have to be prepared to throw it away though...!
The flush misses on the river, and I had seen him shove 2 or 3 times on seemingly blank rivers (probably with TP/2pair hands, in hindsight)
