Pre call is OK 150BB deep, he's NIT, he will pay u off if u hit set. OTF, calling with gutshot is BAD, he might have some bluffs in his 3beting range but nor 9 nor J usally is good out for you, if you hit 9, will not get action from better hands, if you git J as u did, you are dominated by 16 combos of his AK, so calling OTF vs such strong range will be -EV. as you can see you are not favorite vs his calling range, and there is not so many two pair combos in his range, Maybee some QJs or JTs, sample is not big, but he seems very passive so far. So best line IMO vould be to fold OTF, becouse where is not so many good things what can happen OTT and OTR.

As a general rule I fold pocket pairs when not hitting the flop. Gutshot has poor 11:1 Odds flop-turn. Your pot odds are only 1:4 so I would fold here fold.

When checking the flop I would fold on turn on BTN 30BB bet. This Cbet indicates strong hand.
