Hey Infinito46,
In the Netherlands you generally have to pay a 29% tax over your gambling profits. For now, this includes poker. I don't know the exact specifics, but the Dutch community has a forum dedicated to the law and the Dutch poker market here:

As far as I know you don't have to pay any tax in the UK so sounds like a better alternative ♦
