Flop: Hit the flop so donk bet for value. Another option I probably should have considered here was check/raise. Board is draw heavy for straight. CO and BTN check.

On the turn the situation doesn't change much. Think Hero should either check/raise on the turn or another donk bet. Out of position and little information on CO and BTN range. TT+, AK, Kts+, KTo+ is in their range. On flop I had +/- 65% equity against this range. Removing AK from range on turn I still have 60% equity against their range.

Please comment.

Preflop:
Call-20 is good.

Postflop:
- QJs or QJo could easily be in the range of CO or BU which is the nuts.
- Also TT, KK is better (not too often, but it is a threeway pot, which is pre-floped raised by 4BB so don't forget about those hands).

So why do you donk? I think that the best thing to do here is check/raise on the flop and call/fold on the turn (depending of how big the raise is on the turn). This way you get more information to estimate the hands of villains.

Try to take your image also into account. i've seen that you are used to donk, so villain should think that you have weak hands. This is good in this case, but because you do not have the best hands it more wise to not donk and keep the pot small.

In your situation i think i check the turn (because of your donking history) and call small raises. If he bet big, just fold, i think that there is now way you get him out of his hand and that the chance that he has a better hand is to big.

Hi,

Against a good player I would never donk here on flop. However, on NL2 people are not thinking so I'd definitely just bet/bet/bet here. They have some gutshots, Kx (KQ/AK/KJ), even 2p combos like KT so I don't see us being passive here on any point. On turn ch/raising would most likely just make them fold.

So bet big turn and jam river.
