i did bet smallish on the turn, cause i did want to keep the pot small
should have probably bet more, anyway was my line good and should i push river?
he had about 12 dollars left

i would have checked the turn & valuebet the river

as played river: check/call


I would bet the turn bigger for protection and to get value from his Q.
On the river I would make a 8$ bet. his WTS is pretty high so he'll call a lot there.

Make it 6$ on the turn, it is likely that you have the best hand. Don´t afraid to valuebet with your overpair on drawy board.
River: put him all-in. You´re not folding and he´d probably call with worse hands. Also 6 was blanka nd helped your ahnd if he hold QT
