Generally better to just check back flop here. Bet/call likely an overplay.

Turn is fine.

River is a fold.

If I would have hand like 77 here then it would be ok to cbet to protect vs high equity cards like KQ, KJ and other 6 outers?

Now with JJ only KQ is bad but its not that much, so no need to protect as I understand?

When you bet the flop you hope to get a call from weaker hands, and the ones you are hoping for are the flush draws and weaker PPs. Lets say he's capable of check-raising with FD, some but not all Ax, some PP *). Then you are now 37/63 underdog. So I would fold after that C/R.

I agree that calling x/raise can be bad, even when it looks like random minraise with any 2

Yup, that's the general idea. The more vulnerable our hand the more we'd tend towards betting the flop.

We probably don't have stuff like 77 in our range in this particular case, but you get the general principle.
