You want by street, not total by street. Total is a combination of all streets.
PS: We do not advise relying too heavily on the Aggression Frequency or the Aggression Factor stats, there is no perfect way to measure aggression, these two stats are the best we can create but they are not the ideal solution. Aggression cannot be fully measured without flaws, a stat is typically a measurement of an action taken divided by the opportunity to take that action, but aggression is not an action that you can take in the game, its more like a concept.
