a) Villain: unknown = tighter calling range? how tight?
b) Villain: average reg/MT = looser calling range?! how loose?

I think Villain is never on ATC here = Calling range JJ+. Folding AJ/AQ/AK is correct.

villain unknown: snap-fold AT/AJ/AQ, he's never shoving 99%, maybe 50% which makes our calling range TT+,AK,AQs+ and AQs is so close I fold that too

villain ave reg/MT: fold AT/AJ/AQo, he's shoving maybe 75%, our calling range 99+,AK,AJs+ but i fold AJs too

unless we know villain as a good bubble abusing reg, i fold all but 99/TT+ AK

Especially in micros players are not usually going for extremely wide abuse shoves in bubble. So without good reads its reasonable to be on tight side here, but JJ+ only would probably still be too tight. When there is no clear small stack our ICM tax is not extremely high. So I think like TT+, AKo, AQs+ would be ok calling range as default.
