I don't know what was the plan in these two hands. I just sensed weakness and exploited it. Did my actions made sense or was I just lucky to win those hands?

I think you must follow the charts!

Both hands are fold PF.

Hand 2:

I think that if you raise PF, bet the flop you have to bet that turn since It doesnt change anything.

I know I should've folded these hands but doesn't make sense to be looser when facing a loose/passive table? I've seen these guys raise with trash all the time and was thinking I could call with any decent ace.

hm do you already have the bankroll you need for 0,25/0,50 ?

of course it´s possible to change your preflop requirements because of your opponents at the table but i really think you should wait with this till you have some more experience postflop. it´s not that easy to do. you will be in tough postflop spots way more often and you can easily show a profit at these limits without playing these marginal situations.

1) check/fold all the way. way too many opponents to bluff and in 9/10 cases you will never ever get 3 opponents to fold on THAT board

2) that´s definately a fold preflop. no matter how loose/tight the table is... well ok... if they fold everything but AA or KK to your raise it´s profitable to or it ^^
as played you should bet the turn for a free showdown. there are a lot of draws possible. with the 8 on the river it´s an easy value bet
