Or you can just c/c flop. We don't achieve much by c/r as we iso ourselves vs better hands only(that would be overpairs) and make him fold all the other bluffs. C/c on this dry flop can induce him to try bluff more. So f.e. you call flop and don't fold if he bets again on scary turns such as T/J/Q. And risk aversion is quite high vs this guy. On a more drawy board such as 596ss, I think c/r will make much more sense as then he has draws/worse pairs for him to call with.
