I am also interested. But you should consider some of forum advantages:
-discussions are not lost after some days
-you can post hands in a nice forma to read and we can discuss it for a longer period of time
-coaches may give their professional opinion from time to time
-mods may keep discussions nice and clear.
Also some of the disadvantages of using Skype:
-good discussions can be lost
-Skype study groups may 'die' pretty easy
