I think I probably fold river because I don't expect him to be betting worse hands for value, and it is not a good card for him to bluff at.

What do you think about his EP/MP stats LTT? Isn't it super exploitable to be playing this loose from these positions?

Also, what hands would you 3b/flat on CO/BUT vs his range (let's say vs his MP stat). Let's assume no history, and he plays relatively straight forward vs our 3bets (high f23b).

15% utg open, 24 MP. It is hard to say exactly what his range is because the sample is small. Lets say (for arguments sake) that his EP range is 15 and MP is 25 (note that his overall stats atm are 23/20).

I would say this is a good range to have where you are raising some semi-bluff hands that play really well from EP, you can use a range like this to target weak blinds.

You might get 3bet bluffed by strong regs on the CO/BTN (and there isn't much you can do without very good reads on their 3b vs EP range). This is a good way to get some thin value from a 'loosish' EP opener if you are a reg on the CO/BTN. I don't think it is exploitable because he still is only raising 15% from UTG meaning around 60-70% of his range is value (and UTG can adjust by 4betting wider).

If someone is opening really wide UTG (say 25%, including hands like JTo etc...) then you should be flatting IP with lots of playable broadways and suited aces. If he is folding to 3bets a high % then 3bet bluffing will be the best way to exploit his EP range. I would turn Axo into a bluff and off-suit broadways. I would also add some mid SCs into my bluff 3b range and maybe some suited Q8s/K8s etc... (this is assuming you are CO/BTN).

3b bluffing vs EP raisers is quite common amongst top regs these days (in my games at least...) because EP ranges have become looser and people are much less willing to 4b bluff in UTG vs BTN spots and cold 4bet bluffs from blinds are rarely seen. I think you should use it in your game (when you are CO/BTN vs reg UTG/HJ) when they are opening >15% and playing straightforwardly facing a 3b.
