Hero (SB): $41.69 (166.8 bb)
BB: $21.86 (87.4 bb)
UTG: $22.31 (89.2 bb)
MP: $36.71 (146.8 bb)
CO: $33.91 (135.6 bb)

Preflop: Hero is SB with A Q
3 folds, BTN raises to $0.62, Hero calls $0.52, BB raises to $3.75, 2 folds

BB: 67/67/0 3 hand. absolutely unknown, but he looks weak, or maybe a fish because of his stack size.

What can I do against this raise? 4bet/fold is really tough with these sizes and AQo is strong to bluff bvb. My fold is obviously wrong, so I can just simply call?

Why are you just calling a 2.5x raise from the BTN?

I can see us calling here to induce BB to squeeze but otherwise just 3-bet for value.

As played just call the flop. I don't like 4-bet bluffing with this hand and bet sizes (and our hand is most likely ahead of his range).

I don't want to 3bet/fold that's why I just called that. And 3bet/5bet is can't be okay on this limit. We discussed it about 20 hands before when we talked about a similar hand.

There are another option. 3bet/call, but I play this with a suited hand more likely.

So what's your value range then in a spot like this?

Just AK+, JJ+? That seems extremely narrow for a spot where you want to be 3-betting quite the range (being in Sb vs a small BTN steal).

My 3bet range looks like this:
JJ+,AKs,A5s-A2s,K9s,Q9s,J9s,T8s,97s,AKo,KTo

These hands just for 3bet/5bet and 3bet/fold. Is this a problem not construct a range to 3bet/call?

Given that you can expect a lot of calls from BTN you are losing value not 3-betting more hands for value.

In SB I'd rather have a depolarized range (meaning top X %) rather than have a polarized range. Why? Because people defend a lot so you are pretty much 3-betting a pure value range.

It's not that we have to 3bet/call but sometimes we need to do that given bet sizes (since pots will be smaller with smaller preflop raises).
