Have only spent time talking with the 770 support team - who keeps saying their software runs perfectly even though I have a video showing how I can surf the net, watch videos on youtube etc, but not play on the 770 software. No refund has been given for all the tournaments where I have dropped out early due to their software. Actually I got a refund for a game because there was a mistake on the server, but didn't get a refund for another game 'which was played at the exact same time' due to "no problems on our end".

Won't recommend this room to anyone even tho they might have some tempting offers.

Same here, I got kicked out of a table while openraising queens and on the top of that the handhistory had been faked so that it showed that I openfolded them. When I complained they said that I dont get my money back, because I didn't make a bet. I said even if the queens were folded - tho I am completely sure that the bet was in, because it was shown so, and one player behind me folded and I was waiting for the next one to act -it was not me who folded it, or do they suppose that anyone openfolds that preflop ? And they replied that its not their fault and were repeating the same sentence over and over agian: no refund because no bet was made.

And if you wonder if these malfunctions are not newborn, then no, they have been appearing constantly in the last two years or so over and over. Just google for iPoker+disconnection and you will see the same threads started on pokerstrategy along the years.

Quite an effective strategy to expel the regs, much better than Partys player segregation, yet not so conspicuous (who on earth would think on that it has a function like that ?).

I have this same issue. There are times when i get dropped from the room like 5-6 times in a few minutes . Do you have any new info about this?

Plus, a tip to survive it is to set timebank to be activated automatically.

I have same problem as well, i think they are sensitive with the connection. Because i play in two sites and always this one drops at least 5 times per sesion or even more... And tables wont open when it comes back, i have to open the lobbies and click open my table. I think this happens to players who doesnt have extremely good internet connections, but still its in some part the poker sites fault since it only drops on that site.

Got the same result as you experience. I though I just have a internet connection problem but it turns our I'm not. I think their server is loaded and causing player to disconnect.

Old thread I know but others posted after 2 years so here goes... I gave up with Netbet a few years ago because of the endless disconnections but decided to give it another go recently with a few freerolls. Not been discoed once since my return. I've a feeling it might be down to the device people are using. Previously I was using my laptop but now using a home PC and it's much improved.
