As stated above i wanted to put up a hand i played on NL2 but there is no "post new thread" tag.
Do i need to wait til i reach silver?

You're correct, you need to be Silver Status to get your hands evaluated. You can read up on this in the following thread Changes to our hand evaluation forums
You can however post in our Open forum for hand discussions.
