UTG is 71/14 so i iso raise here. I guess when he donks pot he's good but his AG is 2.5 so could he be donking with draw here?
He rarely ships a done straight(although he might with 2 flush darws) and he is unlikely to have Tx-as he will ship it on the flop. Or if he had a weaker T, he is not shipping turn. So so far it's T9 and a straight are possible, but very unlikely, 2 pairs is quite possible. Close spot, especially given that he looks passive. I think calling is prolly a bit better given the fact he might have picked a FD and a pair plus it's just 1 pot size bet left.
