Why raising but not shoving preflop?

As played, nice shove. He is so full of it. I am thinking that we can even flat flop to try inducing more bluffs as we actually have a lot of SD with QT high, but I don't mind the shove either. He doesn't rep anything, we don't rep anything. It's ok though, he's a fish, he won't notice those two things.
