Preflop: I think that raising here is fine. BU can be limping with a very wide range, and hopefully we can play better than him postflop, even without position. BB is a good reg. I maybe could have raised it to .50 since we are OOP and there was a limper.
Flop: I think that betting here for value is fine. We can get value from plenty of worse, like JJ-QQ, and other pairs 66-88, also any Tx, 9x, or overcards, and maybe some draws like JQ, or 78.
Turn: I think that betting for value again is fine. Only 78, and 66 got there. He also doesn't fold a huge amount to Cbets, and he can also probably see that I see bet too often.
River: Here, I didn't really know what to do. He folds to second barrels even less, and I hadn't really considered a flush draw to be in his range, but he could have called the flop with a gutshot or OESD + backdoor flush. I think maybe bet/folding would have been better. Although by check calling I allow him to bluff with his missed straight draws.
