Better just push preflop with these stack sizes. I will only raise JJ/QQ+ here and I will make a very small open, to about 290.

Postflop with 1 ps bet left, you can't go too wrong, but pushing here holding two tens(blockers for draws) will really narrow his calling range to 2 pairs, Jx, Qx. So maybe c/b is better. Once again-just shove preflop.
