Hi this may be a stupid question but oh well. I play 6 max speed lately and the average players on flop is somewhere around 14% usually. My question... how?
In order to have a flop you need 2 players. So the APF should be a minimum 33%? What am I missing? Thanks in advance

They take into account the hands when flop wasn't dealt.

Out of 30 possible players, 3 have saw flop = 10%, not 50%.
For regular tables PokerStars the into account only last 20 hands.
