The player pool is actually pretty soft compared to stars micros. (NL2). Haven't had to deal with customer service so I can't speak on that part, but so far a pretty decent experience. Just thought I would post this.

If you can crush NL10 with a decent winrate anywhere, NL2 @ 888 will be 20bb/100 at least
I normally play 6 max, but I played FR on 888. Yeah it was crazy the difference from stars.
