ive seen 2 people fold to a 20c all-in bet on the flop (20c left behind after a preflop raise) in a $28 pot

i saw a live game the other night, where player folded for 200 more in a pot of 3xxx.. headsup on the river, after he had made the first big bet. Same play like here i guess. I was telling my bro, what an idiot..
