Nh, can´t really much to do, if you´re oop.
I would raise pf if I would play 88 from MP.

Then it is fold, since he is tight, but even against lag player you should fold, since it is hard to play 88 oop.
But players don´t usually 3-bet @ nl 10 with marginal hands.
