Don´t turn your hand into bluff.
Against middle stack I would 4-bet to 1$ and get it all-in when he shoves.
On that flop your re-raise is fine, but you should call his shove, since he could also shoving with A high.

Minraise pf indicates strength
AF 1.4 goes all-in after minbet on flop, watch out when a station raises you!
Id put him on JJ+
