Spoiler

$33 pot ($1.48 rake)
Final Board: 5 Q 7 4 6
SB mucked and won $31.52 ($20.52 net)
BB mucked and lost (-$11 net)
Hero mucked Q Q and lost (-$11 net)

SB is a 70/20 fish with 1.0 AF over 10 hands

Villain is a 19/12 reg over 120 hands

On the flop I opted for a half pot sizing since we had position with top set. Would've 3bet if I got raised since there might be a lot of sets in their ranges and the fish might overplay a lot of hands too.

When the reg leads out on the turn I decide to go for pot control since 68 does get there. Plan was to call most rivers. When the fish donks on this river I don't think he's ever bluffing.

I think this is a clear call.

I won't read too much into SB's stats. He's 70/20 over a low sample. Obviously he's loose and fishy but we can't be too sure about his level of passivity.

1. Sometimes he'll go crazy with a flush draw
2. Sometimes he'll overplay a 2-pair hand
3. I wouldn't be surprised if he turns some bottom pair into a bluff from time to time. I know you're thinking he's ultra passive here but I've seen this sort of c/c c/c lead River line with such hands many times.

The bad thing here is that a loose fish will have so many off suit combos of 3X and 8X but I think you beat too much of his range to fold to a half pot bet.
