I am not folding either. I am thinking about calling on the flop and not folding any turn tbh. If he checks on the turn, I c/b and try to get to a showdown.

My idea of that raise on flop:

1. I may win this hand straight away if really just bets any board
2. I'm taking initiative while in position, in most cases players tend to stop aggro and switch to pasive line when they are raised, so that way i can see river for free (c/b any not value turn)

What you think about shoving on river? BTW, forgot to mention it's KO tourny

Ok, so to me it goes like this:

You will not fold any pair on the turn anyway for 5.7bb eff. If you ship flop, nothing worse is calling you. He might have a few draws, but very unlikely. If you flat, you give him a chance to bluff again, while if u shove, he's folding. The chances he completes his 2 overs to your third pair is like 12-13%, so not a big deal.
